Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowPods application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by MONORIFT s. r. o. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Purchases

The Service may offer paid features. Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Your purchase is subject to Apple's terms and policies, including their refund policies. We do not handle payment details directly.

If the Service uses a one‑time purchase, your access to the paid features will remain available for the same Apple ID, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where allowed by law;
• misuse the Service, including interfering with its normal operation or security;
• use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary content.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the Service from time to time, including adding or removing features. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
